Next technical day of the CPRL of Malaga
Fraternidad-Muprespa , Mutua Collaboradora con la Seguridad Social nº 275, collaborates in the next conference organized by the Center of Occupational Risk Prevention of Málaga entitled: "Hygienic risk in the agri-food sector: bakeries, pastry shops and oil mills."
On this day, baker's asthma, an allergic disease caused by inhaling wheat flour daily, will be studied. Establishing safe and appropriate work guidelines is necessary to reduce and prevent the appearance of this disease. We will learn about the disease in data, the production processes with the sources of flour dust and preventive measures to control the disease. Next, we will discuss the prevention of occupational diseases in oil mills.
