Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutua Collaborator with Social Security, has signed a collaboration agreement with the Almansa City Council (Albacete) within the Almansa Impulsa program, under which a young physical therapist from the town will be trained with work practices in the Mutua delegation in the town.

The mayor of Almansa, Javier Sánchez, and the director of the Fraternidad-Muprespa delegation in the town, Amparo Cuenca, have signed the document during an event held at the Almansa Town Hall, in the presence of Eloy Ávila, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Albacete and the rest of the representatives of the companies that are part of this program.

The municipal councilor has conveyed to these companies the City Council's gratitude for offering young people the possibility of a first approach to the workplace after completing their studies. "They have amply demonstrated their worth and their academic aptitude. Now in each of the companies in which they are going to train they will also be asked to stand out for their attitude" he added.

For her part, Amparo Cuenca has indicated that Fraternidad-Muprespa supports the training in the workplace of these young people, always under the guidance of a professional from the same field. “We establish an enriching relationship with them in which the Mutual Fund also takes their contributions and initiatives into account,” he assured.

The duration of this job training, which begins next Monday, is four months, with 25-hour days per week.
