New benefits Cessation of Activity RDL 30/2020, more than 6,000 requests in 4 days
On September 29, the Government approved the Royal Decree-Law 30/2020, on social measures in defense of employment, in favor of the self-employed workers most affected by the consequences of the COVID-19 crisis.
Fraternidad-Muprespa in its Digital Evolution project makes it easier for its mutual members to carry out as many of their transactions online, without traveling, through the Digital Office.
Within the Digital Office and the Web portal, the application forms and content for the new benefits for the self-employed are already incorporated.
In less than four days we have already received more than 6,000 requests, which we are processing with maximum speed.
Based on the legislative text, the new measures are the following:
- Article 13.1 RDL 30/2020: extraordinary cessation of activity benefit for self-employed workers affected by a temporary suspension of activity as a consequence of a resolution by the competent authority as a measure to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
- Article 13.2 RDL 30/2020: extraordinary cessation of activity benefit for self-employed workers who They do not have a lack of access to either the ordinary cessation of activity benefit, or a cessation benefit compatible with self-employment..
- Article 14 RDL 30/2020: extraordinary cessation of activity benefit for workers of season from June to December.
- D.A. 4th RDL 30/2020: cessation of activity benefit compatible with work on their own account and extension of benefits already caused under art. 9 RDL 24/2020.
