Fraternidad-Muprespa and the CGS of Ciudad Real hold a webinar on contingency determination
The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, Fraternidad-Muprespa and the College of Social Graduates of Ciudad Real have held an online conference, with the title of Determination contingency, discharge challenges, where different practical cases of discharge challenges and contingency determination procedures have been analyzed.
Patricia Plaza, president of the College of Social Graduates of Ciudad Real, was in charge of presenting the event, thanking her for the collaboration from Fraternidad-Muprespa and especially to Cristina Yagüe, head of the Jurisprudence and Legislation area of the Mutua Legal Services and Advisory Center.
Yagüe has focused in his presentation on the concept ofaccident work, in the challenges of medical discharge and in the determination of the contingency, sharing practical cases that clarified various situations that can occur and that affect different organizations. To conclude, a question-and-answer session took place in which attendees raised their doubts about the topics discussed.
José Luis Agudo, provincial director of the Mutua in Ciudad Real, closed the day, with thanks to the College of Social Graduates for their collaboration and has emphasized the importance of events such as the one held.
The event was attended by numerous members of the College of Social Graduates as well as advisors.
