DELT@ service restored

On June 9, 2021, the computer systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy and the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration suffered a cybersecurity breach that has affected the normal functioning of the information systems and computer applications, among which the platform of the Electronic Declaration System for Work Accidents (Delt@) has been affected. This has prevented the Work Accident Reports (PAT) and the Work Accident Reports Without Medical Leave (RATSB) from being sent.

Since Fraternidad-Muprespa we have been working on adapting our systems to be able to guarantee the normal functioning of our obligations, even in the absence of PAT/RATSB.

Consequently, all Work Accident or Occupational Illness sick leave issued since June 1:

• They have enabled a deduction section in delegated payment for companies.
• They have allowed the recognition of temporary disability benefits in direct payment for those workers who need to receive it in this modality.

Today, July 1, 2021, the service of the Electronic Declaration System for Work Accidents (Delt@) has been restored, therefore we remind you that you must communicate all PAT's and RATSB's that have not been able to process since June 9, 2021.
