The Mutual Fund that takes care of you
Says the second meaning of the word “care” in the RAE dictionary, which is a transitive verb that means “to assist, save or preserve” and includes, among other examples, taking care of a sick person, taking care of the house or taking care of the children. The first meaning of “care”, much more active but somewhat less endearing, defines it as “put diligence, attention and concern in the execution of something”.
Therefore “care” is the appropriate verb to refer to what
Take care of the protected worker, restore his health and provide everything necessary during and after the diagnosis, consultation, emergency, surgery or treatment; work with the mutual company to anticipate what bad things can happen but can also be avoided; provide strategies to reinforce this task of protection, support, support... that is, care; strengthening bilateral or multilateral relations with those who share the same interests and have the duty to offer the same dedication.
In short, as with almost any learning, to care, you learn by caring.
And this is where the second part of the equation comes into play: when the knowledge of something new is consolidated and incorporated, that is when you are ready to share it.
Knowledge would be useless without disclosure. That would mean half-care, and among its multiple social commitments, Fraternidad-Muprespa has a very special link with the Sustainable Development Goals, those 17 parameters destined to transform the world, starting with our closest world. To take care of the world and those of us who live in it.
Analyzing each objective one by one, it is easy to reach the conclusion that they are all intertwined and that the dividing lines are diluted because one without the other makes no sense. Are any of the 17 closer to the definition of caring? Is number three, entitled “health and well-being” and which seeks to “ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages” more important than number ten, focused on “reducing inequalities within and between countries”? Is there any nobler principle than the one described in goal 16: “promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies”? If we look closely, everything around us is caring, everything is worthy of care.
As we incorporate this universal truth, let us know that at least there is someone who takes care of us.
Fraternidad-Muprespa, a mutual that takes care of you
