Speakers from national and international companies such as Coca-Cola, Repsol, Canon, Dell, Prisa, Campofrío or BBVA participated in the event, delving into the challenges and opportunities of the future of work and discussing how to increase employee productivity in a mobile environment and the change towards an agile operations model in organizations.

Olvido Arenas, director of the Department of Production, Systems and Communications, has participated in the session ___"Build a futuristic and experiential hybrid workplace: scalable, inclusive, sustainable", ___in which the evolution experienced has been analyzed by many companies towards a hybrid work model, highlighting the process of change that people have experienced and the importance of taking into account the knowledge that each person has, the work they do, the tools they need and their needs, in order to adapt the information, equipment and technology available and achieve better change management.___
