Participation in the "The Future of Work 2022" conference organized by IDC & Foundry Digital Events

Fraternidad-Muprespa,  Mutual Collaborator with Social Security No. 275, participated on Wednesday  April 27  in the day "The Future of Work 2022" organized by IDC & Foundry Digital Events .

Speakers from national and international companies such as Coca-Cola, Repsol, Canon, Dell, Prisa, Campofrío and BBVA participated in the event, delving into the challenges and opportunities of the future of work and discussing how to increase employee productivity in a mobile environment and the change towards an agile operations model in organizations.

Olvido Arenas, director of the Production, Systems and Communications Department, spoke in the session  "Build a futuristic and experiential hybrid workplace: scalable, inclusive, sustainable", in which the evolution experienced by many companies towards a hybrid work model has been analyzed, highlighting the process of change that people have experienced and the importance of taking into account the knowledge that each one has, the work they do, the tools they need and their needs, in order to adapt the information, equipment and technology available and achieve better change management.
