Fraternidad-Muprespa at the XVI Actualidad Laboral Congress of the College of Social Graduates of Madrid

Fraternidad-Muprespa has participated in the XVI Congress of Actualidad Laboral organized by the Hon. Official College of Social Graduates of Madrid.

On behalf of the Mutua, Lucía Alonso Montoya, provincial director of Madrid, intervened, presenting the discussion table: “Extrajudicial Labor Mediation: method for conflict resolution.”

After thanking the College for the invitation and highlighting the importance of the group of social graduates for Mr. Jose Manuel Yuste Moreno, Magistrate of the Social Chamber of the TSJ of Madrid, Ms. María de Sande Pérez-Bedmar, managing director of the CAM Labor Institute of Mediation and Arbitration Foundation and Ms. María Caravaca Caballero, SMAC conciliation lawyer and social graduate.

After the presentations, Ms. Ana Mª Cerezo Rodríguez, member of the School's Governing Board, has opened a question period that has generated an interesting debate among the attendees.
