The XVII IBV Functional Assessment Conference held in Valencia with the presence of Fraternidad-Muprespa
Fraternidad-Muprespa was present on the 24th at the XVII Functional Assessment Conference held at the headquarters of the Biomechanical Institute of Valencia, organizer of the event. The day was preceded by the "II Clinical Meeting of Interested Parties in Biomechanics. Applications in the Clinical Field" which was held at the same Institute the day before.
Doctor José Ignacio Mora, director of the IT Care Coordination and Control Center, intervened at the table round"How do I use biomechanics and what does it contribute to benefit management in MCSS?" in the that professionals from Social Security Collaborating Mutual Funds shared their experiences and research studies on the application of biomecanica.
Mora highlighted the importance of this interdisciplinary science in relation to temporary disability and how it was a useful tool for a correct diagnosis, along with consultations with other physicians, morphological and imaging tests, dynamic and functional tests.
This assessment biomechanics is considered a finalist test, whose value is within the evaluation that the doctor makes of the process. Furthermore, he assured, "it is mandatory to perform it in those situations where the doctor considers that the patient is clinically recovered for his work activity while the patient is not recovered."
