Fraternidad-Muprespa collaborates with the College of Physicians of Huelva
The Huelva Medical Association in collaboration with Fraternidad-Muprespa held an occupational health day on March 14 with the title: “Ophthalmological aspects for the assessment of work capacity.” About 40 attendees with a medical profile participated, including doctors from mutual insurance companies, primary care doctors from the SPS and local officials from the INSS and the medical inspection.
The day began with Dr. Mercedes Ramblado Minero, company doctor of the Occupational Risk Prevention Unit of the Andalusian Health Service in Huelva, who welcomed the attendees and introduced the speaker, Dr. Sonia Pérez Padilla, ophthalmologist at the QuirónSalud Hospital in Huelva, who detailed in a brilliant presentation the different types of ophthalmological pathologies, their relationship to work capacity, how to treat them in a first consultation and how to properly interpret specialist reports. At the end of his presentation he answered and resolved a multitude of questions raised by the participants in a colloquium with great participation from the public.
