Fraternidad-Muprespa is recognized for its collaboration in the “Enfoca Talento” program

Fraternidad-Muprespa received from Aviles City Council last Friday, June 9, recognition for their collaboration in the “Enfoca Talento” program, aimed at mentoring to improve the employability of female graduates, a program that has been developed between November 2022 and June 2023.Maite Belver, Provincial Director of the Mutua in Asturias, was in charge of receiving this accreditation diploma. 

The opening of the event, held at the Niemeyer Center, was led by the Councilor for Training, Employment and Housing,Juan Carlos Guerrero, while Maria Calvo, president of the Federation of Asturias Companies (FADE) was in charge of closing the VII edition of this program, which has become a labor reference in Avilés and its surroundings, since it has achieved 80% employability. 

Three women who have served as mentors in previous editions offered their testimonies on this day:Concha Uría, Commercial Director of Uría Ingeniería Instalaciones and mentor of the project;Claudia Baños, Human Resources Management technician at Windar Renovables, and Sandra Suarez, assistant manager in the same company. 

After the formal closing ceremony, a session was held to exchange experiences and opinions in which mentors from several editions were present as well as women participants in the program in previous editions.
