Last Wednesday, the headquarters of the insurance company hosted the delivery ceremony by Fraternidad-Muprespa of the Zero Accident Distinction, in its bronze category, for carrying out intense and complete work in the prevention of occupational risks with its staff, which translates into a period of five years without any occupational accidents or occupational diseases having been declared.
The event brought together the president of Patria Hispana,Pedro Ramognino, the head of Human Resources,Michelangelo MacDonald, and the head of Marketing, Elena Díaz. They represented at the event Fraternidad-Muprespa Lucia Alonso, Provincial Director of Madrid, and Juan Morales, director of the Mutua Delegation in Pinto and interlocutor of the company.
Ramognino expressed his satisfaction at receiving the distinction, and highlighted that for Patria Hispana it represents an extra merit, given that its commercial department makes multiple trips in various means of transportation. He also highlighted that the preventive culture is “very consolidated” in his organization, which has 130 employees distributed in 25 offices throughout Spain, although the bulk of the staff works in its central offices in Madrid.
Lucía Alonso, for her part, valued the attitude of the company mutualist in matters of preventive culture, highlighting that “it is no coincidence that companies committed to prevention, at all levels of the organization, are the ones that obtain the best non-accident data.” “Therefore,” he added, “at Mutua we wanted to recognize this effort and encourage them to continue down that path.”
Subsequently, the digital seal and the congratulatory letter from Carlos Aranda, managing director of Fraternidad-Muprespa, as well as the corresponding accrediting diplomas and badges, one for each Patria Hispana office in Spain, intended to be placed in a visible place to record their proactivity in favor of safety, health and work well-being.
