Fraternidad-Muprespa and the Town Hall of Martos celebrate a day on travel safety
Fraternidad-Muprespa held a conference this Tuesday, April 30, with the Martos City Council and n Jaén, titled “Objective: Safety while traveling” on the occasion of the celebration of the IX Prevention Week of Fraternidad-Muprespa, which commemorates April 28, World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
The Councilor for Human Resources of the Martos City Council,Francisco José Miranda Maldonado, and the Provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Jaén,Angel Gilabert Ruiz,They opened the day by highlighting the importance of common work between administrations and companies to achieve worker safety in all areas, especially in relation to safety while traveling, emphasizing both the safety of drivers of different types of vehicles, as well as the safety of pedestrians.
Next Elena Cano García, Prevention Consultant at It has also described the influence that the use of mobile phones has on both pedestrians and drivers and its consequences.
During the exhibition, Elena provided attendees with different mechanisms to improve attention span, in order to raise awareness and provide tools to work on the ability to maintain concentration while driving.
To end the day,Miguel Ángel Mena, Prevention technician from the Martos City Council closed the day by thanking the attendees for their participation.
