What is prevencion10: conference at Fraternidad-Muprespa with representatives of the INSST
Fraternidad-Muprespa held a webinar last Wednesday, July 10, with the aim of publicizing prevencion10.es, the free public advice service on occupational risk prevention that allows companies with up to 25 workers to easily manage occupational risks, facilitate compliance in matters of coordination of business activities and inform self-employed workers of their risks.
The prevention consultants of Beatriz Diego, deputy technical director of INSST,María José Santiago, technical advisor of the public advisory area of the technical subdirectorate of said organization.
Both explained the usefulness and scope of this tool, highlighting that it is “a public service that allows prevention to be managed with its own resources, generating the relevant documentation in small companies, complying with the prevention law, easily and free of charge”
The purpose of prevention10 is also to facilitate compliance in matters of coordination of business activities for self-employed persons.
In addition, this service offers numerous practical information on the subject, with the aim of promoting preventive culture and improving health and safety conditions in the workplace.
Beatriz Diego explained that “all those people who have an SME or who are self-employed and have staff under their supervision, have the evalua-t prevention tool10 to obtain the single document that the Regulation of Prevention Services provides that is adapted for small businesses.”
“This document,” he added, “includes the occupational risk prevention plan, the risk assessment and the planning of preventive activity, and all of this can be obtained in a very simple and intuitive way”
For her part, María José Santiago explained that “the activities that can currently be evaluated for occupational risks in prevention10 are a total of 23, included in the part of evalua-t, in the section for SMEs.”
He also added that in the space autopreven-t “we have 28 activities and there is the possibility of generating a custom activity indicating the tasks that are carried out as long as they are within a global list of tasks and those activities correspond to common businesses in our business environment, such as accommodation, small businesses, hairdressers, academies, restaurants or pharmacies.
