Fraternidad-Muprespa, present at the CyberHealth&Pharma Summit 2024

The meeting aimed to address, with the help of experts, the main points on data security and analyze the latest technologies and strategies in terms of Cybersecurity and Risk Management in the Health and Pharma sector.

In its second edition, held on September 19 at the MGS Auditorium in Barcelona, a wide range of technological issues linked to computer security were addressed, but going further and demonstrating a complete perspective of all aspects of the sector, from legal to that related to the acquisition of knowledge and business skills.

Sergi Frontons, director of the Development Department of Fraternidad-Muprespa, participated in the panel "Health & Pharma: Analysis of Financial Capacity and Shared Risk Factors in Cybersecurity" sharing his experience in the Mutual Fund together with other experts.

The round table discussed aspects of cybersecurity management by organizations, addressing topics such as the current trend in budget allocation, internal support for investments, the most common risks, interorganizational collaboration, the role of insurance, emerging technologies and improving resilience against attacks.

In his speech, Sergi Frontons highlighted the importance of senior management support in cybersecurity investments and inter-organizational collaboration and information sharing to mitigate cyber risks. On the other hand, he delved into the impact that emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence had on cybersecurity management, with the new threats and attack vectors, the vulnerabilities associated with their implementation, focusing especially on the risks of malicious manipulation or contamination of the models implemented in an organization.
