FEDEME AND Fraternidad-Muprespa HAVE SIGNED A COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

Today December 17 , the Federation of Metal Entrepreneurs,FEDEME, and the Mutual Fraternidad-Muprespa, have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of promoting a climate of cooperation and dialogue between both institutions that has a positive impact on their respective sectors.

In this sense, said collaboration will materialize in the participation, by the companies associated with FEDEME, of those activities organized by the Mutual Fund in which topics of interest to the members of the employer's association are addressed. Likewise, the holding of sectoral meetings aimed at groups of companies or technicians in a certain sector is contemplated, as well as the organization of joint activities (conferences, seminars, conferences, etc.) aimed at improving the continuous training of professionals from companies associated with the employer's association.

Within this framework of collaboration, FEDEME and Fraternidad-Muprespa have set up a activity calendar for 2014 in which seminars are planned on topics of great interest to companies, such as control mechanisms for work absenteeism and the duration of temporary disability processes.

The signing of this agreement represents a commitment to training, recycling and communication between companies, mutualists and workers protected by the Mutual Fund; a project that is mutually beneficial and responds to interest and concern for social and labor well-being.
