Fraternidad-Muprespa COLLABORATES WITH THE ASSOCIATION OF SOCIAL GRADUATES OF THE REGION OF CARTAGENA, IN A LEGAL CONFERENCE

The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security No. 275 collaborated on January 14 with the Association of Social Graduates of the Cartagena region where an interesting conference was held under the title Civil liability of employers arising from a work accident; an approach to jurisprudence.

The Director of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Delegation in Cartagena Mr. Francisco Maturana Cánovas has made the presentation of the conference and has given way to its speaker, the Illustrious Mr. José Grau Ripoll, Magistrate of the Social Court no. 1 from Elche. With his experience as a professor of Procedural Law of ISEN and of the UNED School of Labor Practice has dealt with such hot topics as the competence of the Social Order, the liability derived from a work accident and therefore the calculation of compensation for the benefits derived from it.

To conclude, there was a colloquium debate of great interest for those attending the event.
