THE MUTUAL Fraternidad-Muprespa HAS HELD AN INFORMATION DAY IN ALBACETE ON THE NEW MUTUAL LAW

On February 18, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, has held an information day on the new Mutual Insurance Law at the headquarters of the Federation of Businessmen of Albacete (FEDA). In it, the book “La Reforma de las Mutuas” by the authors was presented.Mr. Juan López Gandía y Mr. Daniel Toscani.

The day has been inaugurated by Mr. Eloy Ávila Lacalle, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Albacete.

Mr. Rafael Domenech Gilardi, Director of the Legal Advisory and Services Center of ITCC, the cessation of activity of self-employed workers and the sale of Prevention Societies.

Subsequently, he intervened D. Jesús Jiménez Cañas, Provincial Director of the TGSS and the INSS, reporting on the necessary collaboration that must exist between the different parties involved (Public Health Service, INSS and Mutual Insurance) to undertake the changes addressed in the Management of the ITCC. Likewise, he has commented on the modification of the Cessation of Activity of Self-Employed Workers and the changes of Entity, after the validity of this rule.

Next D. Julio Grafulla Cabau, Provincial Deputy Director of Collection Management of the TGSS and the INSS, has made an intervention on the instructions contemplated regarding the Validity of the Association Agreements and Accession Documents and the way of applying their deadlines and validity.

Finally, a question-and-answer session was held to clarify doubts for those attending.

The day has been closed by D. Eloy Ávila Lacalle, who thanked all attendees for their presence on this day, which has generated great interest.
