AICA AND Fraternidad-Muprespa HAVE HELD A DAY ON THE NEW MUTUAL LAW IN ALCOBENDAS

On March 4th,Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, has participated in an event organized by AICA(Alcobendas Business Association) within a series of activities contemplated in the Local Pact with Employment, in collaboration with the Alcobendas City Council and the unions, entitled "The new Mutual Insurance Law: Changes in the management of sick leave." The talk was very well received and was attended by around 60 attendees.

The event opened with a welcome table made up of Mrs. Mª Jesús García-Alarilla, General Director of Economic Development of Promotion of Employment and Commerce of the Alcobendas City Council,  Mr. Luis Suárez de Lezo, Secretary General of AICA and   Mr. Paco Arenas, Secretary General of the Region.

Next, three interesting presentations moderated by Mrs. Nieves Cuesta Cuesta, Head of Economic Development, Employment Promotion and Commerce of the Alcobendas City Council.

Mr. Sergio Álvarez Camino, member of Occupational Health and Territorial Development of UGT-Madrid, has explained the most relevant details about the reform of the regulatory framework of Mutual Insurance Companies. At the end, he gave the floor to Ms. María Luz Trilla, Head of the IT Department and other services, of the General Subdirectorate of Health and Pharmaceutical Inspection of the General Directorate of Planning and Inspection of the Health Department of the Community of Madrid , who gave a presentation on legal reform through the Labor Inspection Administration .

The last presentation was made by Mr. Francisco Barroso Jadraque , Deputy Provincial Director of the Provincial Directorate of Madrid at Fraternidad-Muprespa, who has summarized the Reform Law 35/2014 on Mutual Insurance Companies.

Before concluding the day, attendees had the opportunity to convey their doubts and questions to the speakers, regarding the actions of the Medical Inspection and the participation of the Mutual Insurance Companies in collaborating with the recovery of patients who are on sick leave, both in AT and CC.

Mrs. Nieves Cuesta Cuesta, Head of Economic Development, Employment Promotion and Commerce of the Alcobendas City Council, took the floor again to close the day, thanking all attendees for their attendance and participation in it.
