Fraternidad-Muprespa HAS CELEBRATED A DAY IN ALICANTE TITLED: BACK SCHOOL

On April 20, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, has held an information day at the Provincial Directorate of Alicante entitled “Back School Workshop”. This event was aimed at workers of mutual companies.

The start of the event was carried out by Mr. Victor José Saz Sánchez, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Alicante, who thanked everyone present for attending the event and made a presentation of the workshop that was going to be given.

Mr. José Vicente Sastre Pinto,  Physiotherapist at the Alicante Provincial Directorate of Fraternidad-Muprespa , ha successfully carried out a magnificent back workshop, composed of a theoretical part and a practical part, in which he has developed a series of very useful exercises to acquire healthy postural habits, prevent problems or other injuries, as well as to correct and strengthen the spine against repetitive movements, great efforts and poor posture, which are the main risk factors for back injuries.

During the closing of the workshop, gratitude was expressed by our mutual members, who described this day as very useful for preventing the most common back problems.
