Fraternidad-Muprespa DAY IN AVILÉS WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF THE INSTITUTE ASTURIANO PRL AND LA CURTIDORA.

The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security,Fraternidad-Muprespa has collaborated on February 16 with the “La Curtidora” Business Center  of the Avilés City Council and the Asturian Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention giving a day under the title   How can small businesses and the self-employed manage prevention for free?

The presentation of the event was carried out by the Councilor for Economic Promotion of the Avilés City Council,Mr. Manuel Campa Menéndez, who has advanced the contents to be discussed during the day and has introduced the Director of the Asturian Prevention Institute.

He then intervened Ms. Miryam Hernández Fernández, Director of the Asturian Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention, who thanked the business center of the Avilés City Council “La Curtidora” and the Mutua Fraternidad-Muprespa for their invitation. In his speech he highlighted that "it is an opportunity to reinforce the preventive culture in the Asturian business fabric and has highlighted the importance of achieving a true integration of prevention in business management, with the aim of making it a reality and not just a formalism aimed at complying with current legislation on the matter."  On the other hand, it has offered the collaboration of the Asturian Institute of PRL, for effective advice in any situation related to its field.

To finish Mr. José Beltrán García, Senior Technician of Fraternidad-Muprespa has explained the tool in a practical way  Prevention10.es, developed by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, aimed at companies with up to 25 workers and self-employed workers, so that they can carry out a self-assessment of their risks and comply with the obligations of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law easily and free of charge.

Fraternidad-Muprespa concluded by thanking the many attendees for their presence and the interest shown in the theme of the day.
