ANOTHER YEAR Fraternidad-Muprespa CELEBRATES WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

On June 5, the World Environment Day. This date is the link through which the United Nations (UN) raises awareness among the world's population in relation to environmental issues, intensifying attention and political action.

As in previous years, we have participated in this awareness-raising work, carrying out an opinion survey to find out the degree of involvement and knowledge of users in this matter.

Regarding the first question posed:Do you think that companies provide sufficient means to reduce the effect of climate change and its consequences?

Just one 10% of the participants They tell us that companies are doing everything possible to reduce the effect of climate change and its consequences. It should be noted that in addition,15% think that companies are not involved.

It seems appropriate to explore this room for improvement, for example in training and information or awareness aspects., regarding environmental issues and R&D&I investments aimed at business niches or green purchases, responsible consumption, etc.

Regarding the second question:What environmental aspect of your company do you consider affects the environment the most?

He 52%, They think it is the consumption of natural resources, he 24% waste generation and the 6% air pollution.
A 19% do not know or do not answer.

In light of these data, the increasing sensitivity in the degree of commitment and interest to improve consumption savings can be highlighted.

From Fraternidad-Muprespa, in line with our Corporate Strategic Plan, we carry out “ responsible or green purchases” in aspects related to energy efficiency (single electricity contract) and we generate less pollution compared to four years ago.

We can be proud and say that at Mutua, we are working and will continue to do so, on environmentally sustainable habits and behaviors.
