Fraternidad-Muprespa SUPPORTS THE VI EDITION OF ALCORCÓN-CONCILIA
Last May 2016, the VI Edition of Alcorcón Concilia was presented, a meeting in which the Conciliation and Equal Pay as a factor of Competitiveness.
The purpose of the event is to promote the renewal or accession in 2016 of this distinction of public recognition, for the work that companies and institutions in Alcorcón carry out in terms of reconciling work, family and personal life.
The presentation of the event was carried out by Mr. Ángel Díaz Gutiérrez, deputy general director for Equality in the company and Ms. Montserrat Peña Marotías, member of the equality commission of CEOE CEPYME, as well as other representatives of the Alcorcón City Council and those responsible for equality of business organizations at an institutional level.
Fraternidad-Muprespa, was represented at the event by the director of the Alcorcón delegation,Ms. Silvia Vela Fernández.
Institutional and company representatives have debated the benefits of implementing conciliation measures and the underlying causes of the wage gap.
