EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, A NEW PREVENTION TOOL

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, participated on October 27, in an interesting day organized by the Jaén Occupational Risk Prevention Center. In it, the topic of emotional intelligence has been addressed, as a new prevention tool.

The event has been focused on professional profiles such as occupational risk prevention technicians, middle managers and directors of companies in the province of Jaén.

Jose Beltran, senior technician in Occupational Risk Prevention at He has also addressed issues related to occupational risk prevention and emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, empathy and business models.

The day was attended by Manuel Soriano, director of the Jaén Occupational Risk Prevention Center and Angel Gilabert, provincial director of the Mutua in Jaén.
