The Mutua advances in its commitment to people and society, guaranteeing that all its centers are safe, comfortable and usable by any person, regardless of their physical, mental, sensory or age conditions, all thanks to accessibility.

Each Mutua healthcare center has been subjected to an evaluation that has determined the degree of accessibility it achieves, which is between one and five DIGA stars, and has been authenticated by the International Certification Company IMQ (Instituto Marchamo di Qualita).

In total, as a result of the process started in 2015, 83 centers spread across all the autonomous communities have been certified with the DIGA System, with grades ranging from 2 to 5 DIGA stars.

With this initiative, Fraternidad-Muprespa informs its mutual members about the status and/or degree of accessibility of each center and the type of service provided therein. By being certified with the DIGA System, the Entity gets closer to its stakeholders, providing them with the appropriate information and communication to receive comprehensive assistance always tailored to their needs.
