NEW ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE LAW, INFORMATION DAY IN SALAMANCA
On December 1, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, has participated in an information day organized with the Official College of Social Graduates under the title: “ New Administrative Procedure Law” which was held in the assembly hall of the provincial management of the National Social Security Institute of Salamanca.
The presentation of the day and the speakers has been carried out by Cristina Prieto Revuelta, Provincial Director of the INSS and by Fernando Casado Espinosa, Provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Salamanca.
Next Daniel Terrón Santos, professor of the Administrative Law Area of the University of Salamanca and Alexander Baz Vicente Head of the INSS Management Section have presented two presentations where they presented a general overview of Law 39/2015 and its impact on mutual societies collaborating with Social Security, as well as the impacts on the administration of Social Security and its subjects.
To finish Manuel López Sacristán, a lawyer from the Fraternidad-Muprespa Legal Services and Advisory Center, has commented on the incidents that this Law entails in relation to mutual societies that collaborate with Social Security.
The day has closed Angel Castilla Corral, president of the College of Social Graduates of Salamanca, thanking everyone present for their attendance and participation .
