Participation of Fraternidad-Muprespa in the Madrid IRSST Conference on the effects of noise

Fraternidad-Muprespa participated on Tuesday, May 31, in the conference "The effects of noise on professionals in leisure and music events", organized by the Regional Institute of Safety and Health at Work in Madrid.

Rafael Reyes, Prevention consultant of the main Mallorca delegation of The Mutua has presented the presentation on "The reference regulations, hygienic assessment of the risk of noise exposure and importance of damage to health in the leisure and music sector", together with Pablo Simonet, IRSST Prevention technician.

In the conference, the risks and preventive measures were analyzed to avoid damage to the health of these professionals by increasing the preventive culture by all the companies involved, both those involved in the execution and in the auxiliary fabric.

Both regulatory, medical and organizational as well as preventive aspects have been addressed, thanks to specific techniques used by engineering companies in the acoustic sector, addressing with a comprehensive vision a problem in a sector where it has been shown that there is a significant lack of risk identification.
