Fraternidad-Muprespa is a Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, whose main values ​​are customer service, employee commitment and a sense of public affairs.

How a company joins:

The steps that must be followed are:

  1. Get the TA-6 model of the General Treasury of Social Security intended for the affiliation of companies.
  2. Fill in box 7.1(Work accidents and occupational diseases entity)with a "275"(in the number field) and with "Fraternidad-Muprespa" (in the name field), thus indicating that Fraternidad-Muprespa is the entity with which you want to arrange coverage for work accidents and occupational diseases.
  3. Deliver the TA-6 along with the rest of the necessary documentation in the General Treasury of Social Security.
  4. If you want to exercise the option of temporary disability financial benefit for common contingencies with the Mutual Fund, you must check box 7.2 in the aforementioned form.

The steps you will need to follow are:

  1. Complete and submit the withdrawal application to the Mutual Fund in which the company is associated, at least one month in advance of the expiration date of the association document.

    Following this request, said entity will issue the corresponding termination certificate.

  1. Complete the association proposal document with Fraternidad-Muprespa.
  2. If you want to exercise the option of temporary disability financial benefit for common contingencies with the Mutual Fund, you must complete the corresponding association proposal Annex to cover said contingency.
  3. Complete document TA7.
  4. Complete the Report of the works council or of the non-existence of legal representation of the workers.

The Authorized Network must present to the General Treasury of Social Security through the CASIA channel:

  • Termination certificate, issued by the previous entity.
  • Association Proposal with Fraternidad-Muprespa.
  • Annex to the association proposal to cover the financial benefit of temporary disability due to common contingencies.
  • Document TA7 (Addition, Deletion or variation of data).
  • Report of the Works Committee or of the non-existence of legal representation of the workers.

    You must send the aforementioned documentation along with the receipt of the application submitted in CASIA to Fraternidad-Muprespa through our offices or by email. Once the procedure has been carried out by the TGSS, the effect of the change will be from the day following the date of withdrawal that appears on the certificate.

The steps you will need to follow are:

  1. Request withdrawal from the entity where you have professional contingencies covered (INSS), at least one month in advance of the expiration date of the association document.
  2. Complete the Association Proposal document with Fraternidad-Muprespa.
  3. If you want to exercise the option of temporary disability financial benefit for common contingencies with the Mutual Fund, you must fill out the corresponding proposal Annex/association document to cover said contingency.
  4. Complete document TA7.
  5. Complete the Report of the works council or of the non-existence of legal representation of the workers.

The Authorized Network must present the aforementioned documentation to the General Treasury of Social Security through CASIA.

    You must send the indicated documentation along with the receipt of the application submitted in CASIA through our offices or by email to Fraternidad-Muprespa. Once the procedure has been completed, the effect of the change will be from the first day of the month following the month in which the termination occurred.

OBSERVATIONS: Companies that before June 1, 1990 were affected by the provisions of Art. 204 of the Social Security Bases Law, that is, companies that have some administrative concession from the State, and that can currently cover the risk of work accidents and professional illnesses with a Mutual Insurance Company (previously they were obliged to cover these contingencies with the INSS), can request the withdrawal from said organization at any date of the year, as it is not necessary to request it on the expiration date (the effect with Fraternidad-Muprespa would be the first day of the second month following that in which termination is requested).

The steps you will need to follow are:

  1. Present the corresponding document TA-7 to the General Treasury of the Social Security, along with the rest of the documentation for the resumption of activities.
  2. If you want to exercise the option of temporary disability financial benefit for common contingencies with the Mutual Fund, you must check box 7.2 in the aforementioned form.

OBSERVATIONS: When the company is left without workers for more than 5 days and resumes its activity, it can continue with the same Mutual Fund or opt for a different Mutual Fund without waiting for the expiration of the association document with the previous entity.
