The mayor of Osuna visits the new Fraternidad-Muprespa center
The first mayor of Osuna, Rosario Andújar, visited the new Mayor and responsible for the areas of Economy and Development, Urban Planning, Human Resources and Institutional Relations, and the fifth deputy mayor, Rafael Maraver, in charge of the municipal areas of Works, General Services and Occupational Risk Prevention. On behalf of Fraternidad-Muprespa they received the members of the Municipal corporation Sonia Medrano, Southern Territorial Director of the Mutua, Lola Jariego, Provincial Director of Seville, and Ángel Sánchez Leone, director of the local delegation.
At the end of the tour of the more than 500 m2 on two floors that make up this center, Andújar highlighted that the population "values having a social and health care center nearby to recover their health without having to travel." He also highlighted the Mutua's facilities, with the quality and safety that is currently required and "which allows for energy self-sufficiency, a clear commitment to the future," as he acknowledged. Andújar also gave great importance to the fact that soon Fraternidad-Muprespa and the Osuna University School will sign an agreement so that the student population can carry out internships at the Mutua.
For her part, Sonia Medrano highlighted that for Fraternidad-Muprespa, the only Mutual Collaborator with Social Security present in Osuna, “their obsession is to take great care of their protected workers, about 15,000, and their mutual companies, in the town, about 1,500, since they are the ones that create wealth.” "The nine people who make up the staff of our Mutua in Osuna are going to serve its working population perfectly, so that both Fraternidad-Muprespa and the town itself feel mutually proud. We hope to live up to what Osuna deserves," he concluded.
Fraternidad-Muprespa has been present in Osuna since 1997 and since last February 27 it has been in a new headquarters, on Avenida de la Constitución 52-54, which doubles the space intended to improve the service to mutual members. The ground floor, at street level and measuring 256 m2, has an admission area, waiting room, administration area, management area, x-ray room, treatment room, two medical consultations, a nursing consultation and two toilets, one of them for people with reduced mobility. The upper floor houses a 254 m2 rehabilitation gym, two changing rooms, three toilets, two of them for people with reduced mobility, and a training room.
“After more than 25 years established in Osuna,” said the director of the delegation, Ángel Sánchez Leone, on the day of the opening, “the staff that makes up this center, two administrators, two doctors, two nurses, two physiotherapists, and I as director, faced this change with enormous enthusiasm and a feeling of deep gratitude to the companies, consultancies, self-employed workers and workers of the region. The change was necessary to improve our service to the mutualists”.
