With a governance model exercised by its Executive Committee, made up of the three managing directors and those responsible for the management of the three mutual societies, +compromiso has established seven working groups, responsible for implementing measures based on sharing resources. These groups are the following: health, network of centers and investments, information systems, economic benefits, management information, contracting and communication.
The report details the most important actions carried out by each of the groups as well as the description of the new challenges to be taken on in the future by the three mutual societies, with the focus always on restoring the health of their protected population and three key objectives: reducing health expenditure through external means, maintaining maximum operability of the healthcare and hospital networks and maintaining the quality of healthcare, objectives that are added to the specific ones of each work area.
