RATE FOR THE QUOTE FOR WORK ACCIDENTS AND PROFESSIONAL DISEASES

In compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1893/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 20, 2006, establishing the statistical nomenclature of economic activities NACE Revision 2. This regulation establishes the requirements that the national versions derived from this European classification must meet, and which require the approval of the European Commission (Eurostat). 

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/137 of 10 October 2022 approves the revised version of this European classification, NACE Rev. 2.1, and the corresponding implementation schedule in European statistics. In compliance with this calendar, Royal Decree 10/2025 of January 14 is approved, which establishes a new National Classification of Economic Activities 2025 that replaces the CNAE09 as of January 1, 2025, except EPA and affiliation for which it will come into force as of January 1, 2026.
