Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security No. 275, has held an online information day on Occupational diseases and their treatment in Fraternidad-Muprespa” addressed to its mutual members and to the consultancies managed by the companies associated with the mutual company.

More than three hundred labor advisors and legal professionals from Galicia and Castilla y León have virtually attended this event to learn in detail about the applicable regulations and the management procedure.

Jacobo Baro, Territorial director of the Northwest zone welcomed the attendees and thanked them for their participation, highlighting the importance of this type of conference due to its scope and the interest aroused by the topic discussed among the advisory group in just a short half hour.

Francisco Barroso, territorial coordinator of Economic Benefits of the Northwest zone has explained the regulations that regulate occupational disease, emphasizing articles 157, 169 and 176 of the General Law of Social Security on the concept and peculiarities different from the work accident, to later comment on Royal Decree 1299/2006 and TAS Order 01/2007 that modernized the telematic transmission of the report model.occupational disease and updated the table of the occupational diseases.
