Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the event organized by Charter 100 Lanzarote
Last Friday, January 17, Diversity, equity and equality.
The event was the result of the work of one of the commissions in which the Charter is organized, specifically the Innovation, Training and Excellence Commission, with the impetus of Natasha Meah, Usoa Ibarra, Elena González, Ana Oncina and Gloria Artiles. The objective was to debate and work on the model of women in today's society, addressing issues such as women's occupational health, prevention of occupational risks in a gender perspective and conciliation, equity and equality measures that our society needs.

The glass ceiling, sexist language, the double role in the working day or the need for gender-sensitive ORP legislation were some of the topics she discussed in her presentation to a group of 'Charterians', a term coined to refer to the members of the Association, as well as to the provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Las Palmas, Carlos Macho, and director of the Arrecife delegation, Pedro Figueras.
