The first presentation, with the title “Where the "words are not enough. A key aspect in influential communication that few use well" was carried out by Joan Junyent , mining engineer and Master in PRL, who addressed 'the non-conformist prevention enthusiasts' present, to focus on the fact that " behind the words there is an essential authority for the message to arrive ".

All types of authority must be worked on: the transferred one, whether borrowed or earned, but above all the internal one, the one that derives from the truth of the message, because the success of prevention is invisible and the perspective of prevention is linked to that of production ”, he assured.
