Fraternidad-Muprespa receives the healthy company certificate
On October 11, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa has received from the audit Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Spain (LRQA), the certificate that certifies that our Entity has implemented the Healthy Company.
The technical director of Lloyd's Register Olga Rivas Castillón, has delivered the certificate in the healthy business excellence system, to Carlos Aranda Martin, managing director of Fraternidad-Muprespa at the Mutual Headquarters. They were also present at the event Antonio de Cos Blanco, director of the Prevention Service and Elena Iglesias Delgado, Quality Director.
Olga Rivas has stated that this certification,“It is a recognition of a culture of health, and a work continued for years”. Carlos Aranda has thanked this recognition, indicating the “Mutua's special sensitivity in this area, and which we work to convey to our associated companies”.
The model implemented is a management system that promotes and protects the health, well-being and safety of employees. This model is based on the criteria of the World Health Organization (WHO), in the continuous improvement methodology that understands health as a complete state of physical, mental and social well-being based on the following indicators:
- Health and safety concerning the physical work space.
- Health, safety and well-being concerning the psychosocial environment of work, including its organization and the culture of the work environment.
- Personal health resources in the workspace.
- The ways in which the community seeks to improve the health of workers, their families, and other community members.
It is a management model based on the premise that “People are the essence of the organization”.
The achievement of this management system has been possible through the joint work of the Own Prevention Service, he Quality department and the Corporate Social Responsibility area for the benefit of the common good of workers.
