World Quality Day: Lead to change the world

Under the motto “Leading in times of change” Next November 9th will be celebrated the world quality day.

World Quality Day is created to raise awareness about the essential contribution that quality makes to the growth of people (at an individual level) and organizations or entities (at a collective level). The best way to spread and celebrate this day is by sharing our thoughts, reflections and ideas with other people or organizations that add and promote the search for a more global consciousness.

As individuals we have the excellent opportunity to influence and motivate our closest environment, family, friends, co-workers, observing the impact that quality represents in their lives. As an organization we have the obligation to improve the reputation of quality as a strategic function among our clients and stakeholders.

As they warn us from the AEC (Spanish Association for Quality), innovation, internationalization, digital transformation, the circular economy, are facets of a revolution that requires new leadership that in turn promotes the collaborative economy, entrepreneurship and cultural transformation.

It is an excellent moment to remember that each of us, regardless of the context in which we find ourselves, has sufficient potential to promote and defend, with individual actions, positive changes in society and in global quality management. You are a leader too!
