New day on health in companies. Give Bonus 2015 and 2016 to companies in Navarra
On May 24, Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, held an information day on health trends in companies and the new Bonus management system, regulated by the R.D. 231/2017. At the end of the event, the 2015 and 2016 Bonus diploma was awarded, awarded to mutual companies that have contributed to the reduction of workplace accidents in the province of Navarra.
The place of the meeting was held at the headquarters that the Navarra Association of Labor Companies(ANEL) has in Pamplona. Your manager,Antonio Martínez de Bujanda, has been in charge of presenting the event.
Following the order of the program, the day began with an interesting presentation entitled “ Cancer prevention, everyone's business” and which has been exposed by Teresa Barrio, regional coordinator in Navarra of the Spanish Association against Cancer(AECC). Firstly, he conveyed the association's comprehensive approach in the fight against the disease, and ended by informing attendees about a free program for companies that are interested in promoting healthy lifestyles among their employees.
At the end of this presentation, he took the floor Diego Alejandre, Senior Prevention Technician at the Mutua in Pamplona, who has concisely explained the new features of the new regulatory standard for the management and obtaining of the Bonus incentive. It has detailed the requirements that companies must meet to access it.
He later took the floor Antonio Diaz, director of operations of the Association for the Prevention of Accidents(APA), who with the presentation “ New trends in the world of health in companies"has highlighted the qualitative leap that has occurred in the concept of prevention. Moving from the idea of a technically safe company, which is already insufficient, to that of a healthy company, which no longer only implies safety in the workplace, but also the promotion of a healthy lifestyle beyond the employment relationship.
To finish,José Ignacio Díaz, Northern Territorial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa, gave way to the diploma ceremony, in which all the speakers participated.
By way of closing, José Ignacio Díaz thanked the speakers for their participation and encouraged the companies recognized with the Bonus incentive to continue carrying out effective actions to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases in their work environment.
