Having contributed to Social Security for contingencies, not reaching the limits of the general and extreme accident rates, being up to date with the fulfillment of their obligations regarding Social Security contributions, not having been sanctioned by a final administrative resolution for very serious infractions or more than two serious ones, in matters of occupational risk prevention or Social Security and complying with the obligations in this matter described in the regulations are some of the requirements to be eligible for the incentive.
