Fraternidad-Muprespa adheres to the Digital Pact for the Protection of People
Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, has joined on May 20th the Digital Pact for the Protection of People, an initiative of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
The objective of the Pact is to promote innovation in the field of privacy and data protection, combat violence on the Internet and value privacy as an asset for public and private organizations.
This initiative is aimed at reinforcing rights in the digital environment and raising awareness that in addition to being a right, there is an obligation not to disseminate especially sensitive content that may lead to civil, criminal or administrative liability.
This Pact involves assuming a series of commitments developed in three documents:
- Accession letter.
- Commitment to responsibility in the digital field.
- Decalogue of good privacy practices for media and organizations with broadcast channels own.
In this way, the Mutual Fund undertakes to implement the principles and recommendations included in the cited documents, as well as to disseminate among its employees, clients and users, the Canal priority to request the urgent elimination of sexual and violent content disseminated without consent on the internet, and other resources and tools of the AEPD to help raise awareness about the value of privacy and the importance of data processing personal.
Fraternidad-Muprespa in your Privacy Policy includes the procedures and operational instructions related to the processing of information and accredits compliance with the technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information, as required by the European Union.
