Until now the catalog of general services of Fraternidad-Muprespa consisted of a document in which you could read all the services offered by the entity as a Mutual Collaborator with Social Security. Now this document has been given an extra advantage, and that is that you can also see and hear the descriptive story of said services. 

In a very visual and descriptive way, the new format of the general services catalog reviews the main functions of law.

This catalog also allows you to learn about some of the most important premises for the Mutual Fund which, as a summary, reflects its founding principles, which govern its actions and define its strategy with its policyholders. In this way, the document includes maxims such as “loyalty, trust and equity are our hallmarks since the average length of stay in Fraternidad-Muprespa is twenty years.” Also that the Mutual Fund “develops its activity according to the Mission, Vision and Values that are given to us by the IV Strategic Plan of the Entity”.

With respect to the coverage of benefits, the situations contemplated in the law for the protection of the worker in various cases are explained in detail:

  • Economic and health care benefits, including rehabilitation, included in the protection of contingencies of Work Accidents (AT) and Occupational Diseases (PD) of Social Security, as well as the prevention activities of the same contingencies that the protective action provides.
  • Economic benefit for Temporary Disability due to Common Contingencies (CC).
  • Benefit for risk during pregnancy and risk during breastfeeding (PREL).
  • Benefit for cessation of activity for self-employed workers (CATA).
  • Benefit for care of minors affected by cancer or other serious illness (CUME).
  • Other Social Security activities that are legally attributed to us.

Prevention of occupational risks and plans aimed at reducing absenteeism is another of the pillars on which the main activity of the Mutual Fund is based. For this reason, the catalog describes in detail the tools intended to improve the management of Occupational Risk Prevention. Technicians advise on the best options to reduce occupational accidents and illnesses and the resulting costs. The great importance of these actions lies in the fact that every euro invested in prevention has a benefit of 2.2 euros for the company.
