FraterTalk 17. "Mental health: make visible and destigmatize" with Sara Reyes
Did you know that, according to the World Health Organization, more than 300 million people around the world suffer from depression and other mental disorders? Or that it is estimated that by 2030 it will be the main cause of disease? Or that twice as many women suffer from it as men?
With this perspective, it is more than necessary to make society visible and aware of mental health problems, speaking naturally about it because, as the Ministry of Health's campaign slogan says, “Let's normalize what can happen to anyone.”
It will be next December 17 at 10 a.m. in a Fratertalk that will be called “Mental health: making visible and destigmatizing” where we will have Sara Reyes Martín, psychologist expert in family and systemic therapy and pre-doctoral researcher at the IBIMA (Biomedical Research Institute of Malaga).
