Campus Prevention: online content is here to stay
More than 1,200 people received training in occupational risk prevention in 2022 in online mode through the Prevention Campus of Fraternidad-Muprespa, the space in which the Mutual Fund groups its training, awareness and awareness actions and which it offers free of charge to its mutual members in the preventive field, in favor of health, safety and well-being work.
The actions included in the Prevention Campus are carried out both virtually and in person. We recently talked about this last modality in this news.
If the years 2020 and 2021 were those of almost exclusively online meetings due to recommendations related to covid, 2022 meant a gradual return to in-person meetings, but the trend of offering content virtually had already been consolidated, in practically all areas.
Fraternidad-Muprespa organized ten thematic webinars with preventive content that brought together 500 attendees. These appointments focused on topics such as ergonomics, occupational road safety or the criteria for an inspection visit, among others.
For its part Fratertalks, the virtual space for conversation with the best experts on different areas of prevention of occupational risks managed to bring together more than 700 people, interested in content such as the keys to leadership, the importance of rest for the working population, psychosocial risks or the role of Labor Inspection and the Prosecutor's Office behind the work accident.
In total, more than one hundred hours of content intended for workers of more than 260 mutual companies in these two formats, to which are added the Preventive Culture courses, taught monthly nationwide by prevention consultants.
