The Congress sought to delve into the debate, reflection and search for solutions to issues such as occupational diseases and their impact on public health; climate change and its relationship with occupational risks or error and ethics at work, addressed from a culture and organizational point of view.

“The incorporation of the female population into the labor market has caused the diversification of their role in today's society. The conditions in which women live in the world will improve when there are more powerful women holding positions of responsibility and, consequently, providing powerful solutions,” concluded.
