COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REFORM
On Saturday, June 11, it was published in the BOE the reform of collective bargaining, through a Royal Decree-Law approved in the Council of Ministers last Friday and which It came into force on Sunday, June 12. This norm modifies different articles of the Workers' Statute and substantially changes the collective bargaining system in force to date in our country.
Of the same interest is the publication dated June 14,Royal Decree 801/2011, of June 10, which approves the Regulation of employment regulation procedures and administrative action regarding collective transfers. This rule that approves a new Regulation for the ERE and for collective transfers was also approved by the same Council of Ministers and It will come into force on June 15.
