World Quality Day was introduced by the United Nations in 1990 to raise awareness around the world of the important contribution to growth, prosperity and sustainability that quality confers on an organization.
Quality is a term that is everywhere, also in aspects of working life; Implementing quality approaches in organizations is a prerequisite for maintaining a sustainable entity.
Our Mutual understands that quality never stops, we must constantly examine our systems and processes to guarantee and optimize results in order to adapt to the requirements of our clients.
