NEW TERRITORIAL STRUCTURE OF THE MUTUA Fraternidad-Muprespa
Fraternidad-Muprespa launches its new territorial management structure in order to gain efficiency and coordination, which, without a doubt, will result in better service for our associates. The new territorial structure that follows austerity criteria, going from eight to six directorates, materializes the necessary efficiency in the use of resources pursued by the General State Administration, Social Security and therefore also this Mutual Fund.
The territorial structure of Fraternidad-Muprespa is constituted as follows:
- Madrid area. (Large Mutualists)
- Northeast Zone. (Catalonia, Aragon and Balearic Islands)
- South Zone. (Andalusia and Canary Islands)
- Southern Plateau area. (Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha, Murcia and Valencian Community)
- North Zone. (Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country and Navarra)
- Northwest Zone. (Castilla y León and Galicia)
As part of the new territorial structure, the following appointments have been made:
- Mr. Carlos Sáez de Juan assumes management in Catalonia, Aragon and the Balearic Islands.
Diploma in Business and Tourist Activities from the Rovira i Virgili University and MBA in Business Management and Administration from the same University. With extensive professional experience in the sector, he joined Fraternidad-Muprespa to occupy the Provincial Directorate of Tarragona. Subsequently, in March 2011, he became the Territorial Directorate of Catalonia and Aragon, to which, currently, the direction of the Balearic Islands has been added.
- Ms. Sonia Medrano Pascual takes charge of the management of Andalusia and the Canary Islands.
Graduate in Medicine, specialist in Occupational Medicine, Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician in the three specialties, she is trained in Senior Management by the San Telmo International Institute. He joined Fraternidad-Muprespa in 1989 as a healthcare physician, later working at the Aftermath Assessment Unit in Madrid. She has also been Provincial Medical Director in Malaga and since February 2011 she has held the position of Territorial Assistance Coordinator of Andalusia.
- Mr. Jacobo Baró Pazos occupies the direction of Castilla y León and Galicia.
With an extensive professional career in the sector, especially in Valladolid, where he has held the provincial management of the mutual company in recent years with positive management results, he faces the new challenge of improving service to companies and workers and increasing the volume of mutual members in the area.
- Mr. José Ignacio Díaz Lucas assumes management of Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, Rioja and Navarra.
Graduated in Law from the University of Navarra, Master in Commercial Management and Marketing from the same University and Certified Insurance Mediator, he has held the position of Provincial Director in Navarra for the last 8 years at Fraternidad-Muprespa, with positive results in terms of volume of affiliated mutual members and economic profitability of his province.
- Mr. Eduardo Sanz Murillo takes the direction of Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha, Levante and Murcia.
Graduate in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares, Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention in the three Specialties and Advisor in Safety, Hygiene and Occupational Health from the same University. With an extensive career of more than 25 years in the Mutual Insurance sector.
