RECEIVE NOTIFICATION BY SMS ABOUT THE PAYMENT OF YOUR BENEFIT

As of January 21, 2013, we inaugurated a new communication service by SMS for our mutual members in “direct payment”. These workers, beneficiaries of an economic benefit due to their temporary inability to work, receive their transfers directly from Fraternidad Muprespa.

The new service contemplates that each worker receives an SMS message at the beginning of the benefit, when their right to receive it has been recognized. This message includes the key to access the Extranet Services from The service will also send the worker a new SMS message, in each period in which they receive a payment (biweekly or monthly), confirming that the transfer has been made.

This new utility will improve access to information for a group of more than 45,000 workers who throughout the year are likely to receive temporary disability benefits in the “direct payment” modality.

The launch of this service, which is added to the “SMS appointment reminder” service that has been operating since 2012, is another example of Fraternidad-Muprespa's continued commitment to new technologies to facilitate management, and enabling electronic access for citizens to public services, in line with the rest of the Public Administrations.
