Fraternidad-Muprespa moderates a table at the Insurance Revolution 2021 event

Fraternidad-Muprespa was present again at the Insurance Revolution 2021 event, held in Madrid on November 17, the most relevant event on the future of entities in the world of insurance and health. 

Esteban Mate, Deputy General Director of Management of Fraternidad-Muprespa, moderated one of the most attractive tables of the event “Allies and solutions to guarantee customer satisfaction”, whose objective was to explore how to adapt the operation of the entities to the needs of each client, in order to facilitate the relationship between both.

Gonzalo Bueno, CrossTech Director of Experis Solutions, Josep Esquius, Sales Director of Comunycarse, and Xavier Amich, Sales Manager of GGCC MASVOZ, were the participants at the table. The participants conveyed the central idea that companies must be guarantors to adapt their form of communication to each client, without giving up any channel, improving competitiveness thanks to technological solutions adjusted to the skills and preferences, digital or not, of each client.

According to Well, more than 80% of CEOs are concerned about the quality of the data they use to make decisions. Esquius explained new ways of exploiting information from customer contacts and Amich conveyed the importance of omnichannel in customer management and satisfaction.

Esteban Mate told organizations in the insurance world that their services appear at critical moments for clients and that their objective should be to solve the problem they have "with the undeniable support of technology", but without forgetting that a problem must be solved.

The debate was intense and attendees were able to resolve doubts and address issues of high interest to their organizations.
