Fraternidad-Muprespa is present at the
“Healthy management and leadership of women” was the title of the presentation presented by Natalia Fdez. which listed the reasons why it is necessary to apply the gender perspective to health and what type of labor management is the one that has a 'woman's perspective'.
He highlighted four compelling reasons for the first: social justice, current legislation and key biological differences determined by sex and social differences derived from gender.

As described, leadership is an “educational construct, where the traits of a leader are usually identified with masculine traits (being analytical, self-confident, decisive, efficient, independent…) while feminine traits are associated more with impulsivity or emotionality, valuing only treatment and collaboration, within the so-called ‘soft skills’.”
He also detailed that the leadership traits of the future, the characteristics of healthy leadership, “that artificial intelligence does not yet have,” are generosity, credibility and coherence along with good training and communication skills to integrate diversity into teams.
In conclusion, he sent the audience the recent study “Approaching the future 2023”, by Corporate Excellence, according to which responsible leadership is the second trend in terms of relevance for organizations (55.3%), and the most priority area for senior management (58.2%).
In this Congress, the presentation by the panel of experts “Climate crisis, how to face it at work?”, by Alfredo Iglesias, International consultant, PhD in Mining and Engineering Corresponding academic doctor of the Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain (RADE), who explained how to prevent the effects associated with climate change on the health of workers, in addition to sharing the foundations of the need to introduce preventive measures to avoid these unwanted effects.
