Fraternidad-Muprespa Mutua Collaboradora con la Seguridad Social No. 275, organizes the day February 26 at 10:00 a.m. the ninth edition of FRATERTALKS: the virtual meetings where every month we have the best experts in areas related to occupational safety. This time we will talk about workplace accidents and their prediction, Is it possible to predict accidents?

To this end, we will have the pleasure of having as a guest Ricardo Díaz, Professor of Engineering at UDIMA and Dean of the Official College of Chemists of Madrid, one of the people who has done the most research on accident prediction through mathematical models and statistical patterns.

Without a doubt, the detailed study of workplace accidents is a fantastic tool to anticipate the accident itself, with the advantage of being able to apply the appropriate preventive measures to prevent it from occurring.

Will there come a time when, thanks to the use of technology such as Big Data, we can be told when, where and how a workplace accident will occur?
